EFF-CoP and Food Authenticity Network (FAN): a strong collaboration against Food Fraud

Food Authenticity Network (FAN), part of LGC and an EFF-CoP partner, is leading by Selvarani Elahi (Executive Director), the Deputy Government Chemist at LGC, and John Points, an experienced consultant in the food authenticity testing area, the Secretary.

The FAN is served as an one-stop-shop for anyone involved in food authenticity testing, food fraud prevention and supply chain integrity, and as such, will be of interest to scientists, the food industry, government, academia, enforcers and consumers alike. By consolidating essential resources in one location, it simplifies access to well-organized information and promotes its distribution within the community. Additionally, FAN fosters collaboration and knowledge exchange among experts in the field through its interactive discussion forums.  

Food Authenticity Network will receive once per month the latest news/updates of EFF-CoP and will publish them to their wide network, which is counting with more than 5,000 members.
