We are excited to launch the very first episode of EFF’s Authentic Appetites, a new podcast series exploring critical issues in food safety and fraud detection.

As billions are spent globally on food testing, one crucial question remains: Can we truly trust our laboratories?

In this episode, host Olivia Rossman and Prof. Saskia van Ruth are joined by two special guests - Eric Jamin (Eurofins) and Filippo Grassi (INSME) - to unpack the challenges and opportunities facing today’s food testing systems.
