EFF_CoP introduced itself at a side event, organized by University College Dublin, SSAFE, and FSSC22000, of the GFSI conference on April 1st in Dublin. Around 50 participants from various sectors gathered at the Ferryman Townhouse pub in Dublin to learn about EFF-CoP. Prof. Saskia van Ruth presented the initiative, using a port wine tasting to highlight the complexity of food fraud. The event showcased EFF-CoP’s goals: enhancing food fraud prevention, fostering new collaborations, and providing resources through the EFF-Hub.

Quincy Lissaur (SSAFE) and Aldin Hilbrands (FSSC22000) also spoke about their roles and the importance of EFF-CoP.
