This free webinar is jointly hosted by Food Authenticity Network (FAN) and the Institute of Food Science and Technology (IFST).


Different stakeholders will give their perspective on the food fraud landscape over the decade since FAN was formed in 2015, improvements made and challenges remaining, and their view of the next 10 years. It will be followed by an open Q&A to all speakers. Stakeholders range from government regulators, food industry and laboratory industry representatives to insurance advisers. They include:
