๐ฅ The EFF-CoP Interactive Roundtable Discussion, held online on 15 May 2026, brought together experts, researchers, and EU-funded projects for an engaging exchange on โReducing Food Waste through Innovation: Enhancing Efficiency and Sustainability in Food Systems.โ
The discussion highlighted how innovation, policy, technology, and collaboration can contribute to reducing food waste across the entire food value chain โ from production and processing to markets and consumers โ while supporting more sustainable and resilient food systems.
